Hutchins Park is at the northern waterfront of Havre de Grace, MD 21078, on the Susquehanna River. From I-95 Exit 89, take MD-155 East to US-40 East into Havre de Grace; head north on St. John Street to the waterfront. The pier is adjacent to the park pavilion.
