From US-113 near Millsboro, DE, take DE-24 East approximately 5 miles, then turn right on DE-23 South toward Massey's Landing; follow signs to the public access area on the Indian River/Rehoboth Bay channel.

Free gravel lot at the landing. No entrance fee. Open dawn to dusk. A boat ramp is co-located.
