From US-113 near Millsboro, DE, take Indian Mission Road east, then follow Piney Point Road to its end near Pepper Creek. The final roughly 200 yards to the pier are via a gravel path — no vehicle access to the pier itself.

A small pull-off is available at the trailhead. The gravel approach may be difficult for visitors with mobility limitations. No entrance fee; no facilities.
