Elk Neck State Park Rogues Harbor area is at the end of Turkey Point Road off MD-272 South, North East, MD 21901. From I-95 Exit 100, take MD-272 South approximately 10 miles to Rogues Harbor Road; the pier is along the Elk River just north of Turkey Point.
Parking
