From Elk Neck State Park headquarters, follow Route 272 south for one mile, then turn left onto Rogues Harbor Road. Follow the harbor entrance to the paved parking lots and waterfront paths. Where to park

Marked paved parking lots are above the harbor waterfront. Use ordinary visitor spaces and keep launch lanes and trailer spaces clear. Status: Open during the visit. The owner identified the pier walked in the footage; the barrier across a different waterfront structure is not evidence that this pier was closed.

Day-use parking: sunrise to sunset. Maryland DNR lists boat launching and trailer parking as 24-hour services, but trailheads and other parking are sunrise to sunset. Do not treat boat-launch hours as permission for after-hours pier fishing or ordinary-car parking.

Children in car seats or booster seats are exempt from the day-use charge. The official schedule lists a fee waiver for eligible Golden Age Pass holders age 62 and older; discounts apply to the pass holder, not automatically to the entire group. A signed restroom building is beside the harbor paths. Interior access, daily unlocking hours, winter availability and accessible toilets were not verified. Contact the park if your trip depends on an open restroom. The visible drinking fountain was not tested.
