1. Getting there and parking

Directions

From US-13 South near Townsend, DE, take Wiggins Mill Road east approximately 4 miles to Collins Beach Road; follow Collins Beach Road to its end at Cedar Swamp Wildlife Area. The pier is at the end of the access road on Delaware Bay. The road is unpaved for the final stretch.

Parking

A small gravel parking area is located at the trailhead near the pier. Parking is free; no facilities. 4WD or high-clearance vehicle recommended in wet conditions.
